The Bibliography  entries are divided into four major Fields:

**Author 1-20; Journal 21-60; Taxon 61-70; Keywords 71-79

 

*Author field includes: Author 1-10; Author's initials 11-13; Coauthor/s (first letters of name/s) 14-16;

Date (without thousand, last space for spread or difference between stated and actual) 17-20

 

*Journal field includes:

Journal title (5X3), Series, Volume (ending on 41), Number 21-46;

Pages 47-50 and 51-54; Plates 55-60

 

*Taxon field includes:

Genera 61-65; Species 66-70

 

*Keyword field includes:

Place 71-75; Keycodes (2x2) 76-79 (two more keycodes may replace Place)

[ at 71 is code for laboratory study

 

* The Journal field is altered for Books (or Theses) as follows:

Place of publication 21-25: Publisher 26-30; Prepagination 31-35; Pages 36-40;

Chapter etc. 41-46
